An ESA is used to identify potential liabilities, assess extent of impact, and provide supporting data for remediation or risk assessment. Our Professional Engineers (P.Eng.) and Professional Geoscientists (P.Geo) have vast experience conducting ESAs that meet Canadian Standard Association (CSA)and Ontario Regulation (O.Reg.) 153/04 Our team of O.Reg. 153/04 Qualified Persons (QPs) undertake and manage ESAs for private, public, and government organizations.
  • Environmental Compliance Approvals (ECA): Any company with complex or unique types of operations that emit contaminants and discharges related to air, noise, waste, and sewage into the natural environment requires an Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) or a registration through the Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR). The purpose of this approval/registration is to ensure your business activities do not have adverse effects on the environment and/or individuals. ARA DESIGN GROUP’s team of engineers and technicians specialize in all things related to the ECA application and approval process.
